Forgive and forget
We have all been in situations or have had to deal with people who have wronged or hurt us in some way in the past or present.
When you forgive someone, it is about self healing, empowerment and liberation. If you find yourself having a hard time to forgive, it eventually makes you start thinking about the negative aspects.

When wronged, we typically find ourselves harboring feelings of betrayal, anger, or the need to seek vengeance in order to return to a sense of normalcy.
Apart of forgiveness, means accepting the pain, and being able to continue with daily life. This does not mean, hiding your emotions- it simply means acknowledging your emotions, expressing it and making the next move.
